White Aspects – Return & Exchange Policy
🔁 Return Window
We accept returns for new and unopened items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including manuals and accessories

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

CPAP Masks (Nasal, Nasal Pillow, Full Face, Hybrid)

CPAP Supplies (Hoses, filters, tubing, water chambers)
-
Home Sleep Test Kits and diagnostic devices
📦 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order is:

Defective
-
Damaged during delivery, or
-
You received the wrong item
Please contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
Note: Bank or credit card processing times may delay the refund posting by up to 5 additional business days
